Zikwala Marketplace currently allows posting, listing creation, and selling activities only for users located within the United States. Users outside the United States may browse the platform but cannot create listings or offer items or services for sale. We may verify your location using IP‑based geolocation or other non‑GPS methods to enforce this restriction.

You are responsible for the content you post and share on the platform. Users may report listings, messages, or profiles that violate our policies using the in-app reporting features. Our moderation team reviews all reports and may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion. Users cannot block other users directly within the app; however, we aim to promptly address abusive or offensive behavior to maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace.

You may not use the platform to engage in illegal activities, fraud, spam, or to sell prohibited items such as drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or any other items that violate our policies or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any listings that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion. All listings must be accurate, truthful, and comply with our content guidelines. By posting content on Zikwala, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating the platform.

We may charge fees for certain features or services, such as premium listings or promotional tools. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or transaction costs associated with their use of our platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Any disputes related to fees or paid features must be raised within 30 days of the transaction. Users are responsible for complying with local laws regarding taxes and payments.

By using our mobile or web platform, you consent to the use of device and browser features solely to support core functionality—such as creating listings, managing your account, and receiving notifications. Depending on your platform, we may request access to: - Camera and media: To capture or upload listing images - Location inference: Based on IP address or locale (we do not request GPS or use Maps APIs) - Notifications: To alert you about messages, offers, or account activity We may integrate trusted third-party tools to enhance performance and reliability, including: - Google Firebase: Used only for app initialization and push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) - Social Login SDKs: To enable secure authentication via Google or Apple These tools operate under their own privacy policies. We do not use behavioral tracking, cross-app data collection, or analytics tools within the app.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is harmful to our platform or other users. You may deactivate your account at any time by following the instructions provided in your account settings. Upon termination, your content may be removed, and personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.
